I saw 2 posts regarding this new item. I don't know what Super-T thinks about this. I know that Super-T endorses the Kick and its use in their devices its been tired and honestly, I love the KICK. I cant see using any device with out it.
They are saying this new "Crown" is going to "kill" it. I sounds good in theory, but I see quite a few flaws.
Pros: changing watts on the fly, supposedly higher voltage capability ( not sure how, because it has a 10w maximum
You don't have to remove it do adjust it.
Cons: While adjusting the wattage it fires the attached device, It has what I think, is a series of obnoxious beeps and bleeps.
Depending on the type of button , it might be hard to get actual counts. It doesn't have a visual way of changing the settings.
I know a lot of you here use the Kick and David is a fan of the Kick, because of the Kicklet. New devices are designed with the Kick in mind etc.
I hope to get a better idea of this thing from fellow Kick users. I might be a bit biased, but the little beeps and bleeps would drive me nuts.
