Hey Stormy, let me know what you think of the new magnetic button. I have not ordered one yet since I rather like the button with the spring.

I just finished putting in the fuse and the button magnets. The hardest part was getting Rob's Video to load. No problem with the video it is that my connection wasn't good this evening. It is an excellent video. Thank you Rob. The button is a little harder to push and I like that. It may build up my pinky muscle. The main advantage for me is that I will never have to worry about my button spring messing up.

I love my GG Storm so much.

I was wondering something. I have seen the video showing how you either put two magnets in like such: SN|NS to achieve a soft button press, or like this: SN|NS|NS to achieve a more firm press. What if you put the magnets in like this: SN|NS|SN ? Would that make an even harder button press? Just a thought!

how are the magnets as compared to the spring in regards to resistance? I like the springs resistance but not sure about the magnets.

But I tried it and push is almost the same.

I think this happened because the 2 magnets together are stronger than a single one so they push the single one so hard as the 3 magnets pushing each other

But your idea was really nice.
