About three weeks ago I ordered a Lavafire Lock (a Titan clone) in stainless steel from The Digital Cig. It shipped promptly, and securely. However, I was in Massachusetts when the package arrived, and a day or two later I received an email from Tim himself about a mistake that was made. That is, the manufacturer shipped out the product with the wrong button assembly. Now as I said, I was in Massachusetts, so I knew what to expect when I got home to open it and was in no way upset. Tim promised to look into it and offered either an exchange or a refund. I received update emails about it the next two or so weeks, and on Tuesday the new button shipped, and yesterday I received it, and it works splendidly.
