My heart goes out to those still vaping factory wound coil attys/cartos. When my CE2 became obsolete I went straight for rba because I got lost in the pool of now available atty/cartos. I'm in rba vape heaven. It would be a challenge to go back into the factory wound coil again. I have a good half dozen RBAs and every one is working perfect and is ready to vape.

to answer some more questions:

no, I did not wash the new coils prior to use.

no, I did not swap out the juice when I changed my coil.

I just took EVERYTHING apart and gave it a good rinse/soak just now, and dumped the juice. This new coil has only been used for a couple minutes so its not the least bit dirty, so I'm not going to dry burn it. I'm also afraid since I think I might have messed up the first one that way.

anyway, I will wait till it dries and try again with fresh juice. how much dry time does the coil need without dry burning?
