Used a syringe. It took a while, but the regular echos are working now, still no love from the echo-e. First impressions... meh. I am going to wait a day or two, break in the atty and use better juice. Then I will see what I think of it.

Did this happen to anyone else. Did the liquid (70/30) take a while to absorb. Sorry for all the posts, this had just never happened to me before and I have been doing this for awhile now!

It does take a little bit to absorb, after all your filling 3ml's in that big wad of filler, plus it has to get down to the bottom and inside, I fill mine with a syring give em a little roll between my fingers and set em down for a bit, then top them off again. Give them a chance Applecracker these things are dam good carto's, I've tried a lot of carto's ( all of them ) and these Echos are some mighty fine carto's.

Apple, I had the same problem with the -e carto I got. never did work. Probably a bad one in my case.
However the 808 reg cartos were very good.
Don't know if you got one like mine or not.
Hope yours starts to work though. Mine seemed like it was very high resistance and would hardly produce any vapor no matter what voltage I put on it.

My echo cartos have all worked really good although I had one ego type battery that the e-carto didn't work on but it worked on all my other ego and riva batteries. I don't know exactly why but I didn't really investigate the reason being as it worked on the ones I wanted to use it with. Good luck getting them going because they really are a good carto.

Well, I pulled the trigger and got myself a 1300 mah echo kit out of pure curiosity from cropduster901. Received the package in lightning quick speeds LOL and found out that there was a free gift. A 50ml bottle of Wensten that I'm gonna try. Just waiting for the battery to charge and carto (just letting the juice settle for a couple of hours).

Can't wait to try it and give a review.

I pulled it apart a bit ago, cleaned the filler, and dry-burned the atty. Can't put it back together because I don't have the necessary straws to do so. Have to go hunting tomorrow.

Finally got this carto put back together this evening, filled her up and she's working pretty good. Be careful with the cotton that is wrapped around the tube (inside layer). If you aren't gentle, it will start to separate a bit.

Was it a gocarto or an echo, echo-e carto? Did you use the Mohawkx method of disassembly and reassembly? How does the rebuild vape for flavor, vapor and TH? Just curious.

Thanks! I'm really digging the idea of the auto battery. It's one of the things that was kind of weird to me when I converted to e-cigs. If it works well for me than this will be my primary on-the-go e-cig for a while.

Congats on getting your new auto Echo! The auto makes vaping more enjoyable for me. I will be looking forward to your review.

It was a regular Echo cart. It comes apart just like you show in the pictures, and I found that the white heat shrink tubing from Harbor Freight (in the multipack of black white red) is a perfect fit around the tube.

Flavor, Vapor, and TH seem pretty much the same as when it was new.

I have ordered some echo e's for my eGo from dput, got the last ones he had for now, whew! They should be here tomorrow. Can't wait to try 'em. I didn't get the whole kit because I didn't want to get involved with an automatic battery, since I like to top off my carto while still connected, and I'd probably destroy it. I've read this whole thread, and I promise to be good and really let that juice soak in...

hey flipnout,
How many refills did you get before you took it apart? They last a good 2 weeks for me but I use a couple of different flavors throughout the week. I think I will try to take the next one apart for cleaning. Thanks

I had about 12mL through it before it got fouled up. I use strictly VG juices, and they tend to gum up atties quicker than PG. Taking it apart was easy, as was cleaning. Putting it back together took a bit because I was trying to find something that would fit around the center tube to keep it from getting destroyed.

im curious how many ml of juice you guys have ran through the carto before it gets either clogged up or vapor diminishes. i sure hope everyone is getting over 12ml as previously posted.

the vapor in the first 2 cartos dropped noticeably after 15ml but i blamed it on the juice. im working on the 3rd carto now and have ran about 10ml through it and seems to be fine still.
