I'm through testing for a while. I'll leave that up to others.

True. You've earned a break. We do appreciate your help. I'm gonna follow the Colossal thread and see what everybody says.

Note to newbies. Watch all new products for 30 days and learn from others. Then decide. :)

Would like to report that I received a stainless 650mah Echo kit from Cropduster today. It is very nice and I like it a lot. Stuck a 801 aluminum whistle drip tip on it and gotta say "It doesn't get any better than this."

For those with Go-Go's, it is the same length except slimmer.

They are great!

Just to clarify - they are the same length as the gogo with the gogo having no tip and the tip in the echo.

AMEN! That's solid advice right there. :) In other news: I hope my Echo arrives tomorrow so I can join in on this thread with more input. :)

Nhaler has the Echo cartos for sale for 3.00 ea. That is about the cheapest so far in the States. Bill had them for 3.50 ea with 2.00 shipping which averages out about the same for five.

Thanks for that heads up Tx! I had been wondering for a while now whether the Echo Auto and Igo Manual were possibly using the same spec cartos. After reading your post and looking closely on the site, I am going to order an Igo carto and one of their Echo cartos to see what if any difference there are in the two.

For many like myself that simply prefer a manual battery, it would be great if the manual Igo battery can utilize the Echo cartos! :) It should fit since both have the 808 threading but the relative height of the connector inside the cone of the two is what I am interested to see. I know an adapter from 510 (like my P-18) to 808 will work but doesn't look the greatest in the world.

thanks tx, could i use those LR 901 attys with Echo?

If you are going to use the LR 901 atty you will need a 901 driptip. The 801 driptip fit on the echo cartomizer. Be carefull dripping with those auto batts. You will ruin the battery if juice gets into it. Honestly, I wouldn't risk it.

You don't need a adapter to use the echo cartomizer on the IGO, although i don't know why you would want to.
there isn't that much difference in juice capacity.

here is a picture of a IGO battery with a ECHO cartomizer.

no BILLB, I was talking about using an adapter on my Precise P-18 which has a native 510 connection. And thanks for the picture! I was curious to see what the Echo looked like on an Igo battery. Does the difference in depth of the connectors make any difference on the pull can you tell?

I am hoping that either the Echo or the Igo cartos will have enough depth from the outer "cone skirt" to the inside connector to hide most if not all of the extra difference caused by adding an 808 adapter to my 510 Precise. :)

As for using an Echo carto on an Igo, it just means more choices. Like my 3 dozen GO-GO cartos - I wish there was an option to use them on another setup without an adapter but there isn't and although it works, it looks really goofy. Looks don't matter to many but I'll try to get a picture of a GO-GO adapted to my Precise on the proper forum post. Unless it was all I had I would take it out of the house.

Well, my carto broke. Looks like there isn't any damage, so I might try to clean and rebuild it (and unfortunately loose at least 2ml of juice). Some hi-res pics if anyone is interested.

Thanks for the pics. Is the filler and centre tube burnt or is it just discoloured? It looks like quite a dark juice you're using. Did you manage to fix her up?

The Echo is rocking my world! I've never loved a kit right out of the box (of course I filled the empty carto before vaping) like I do this one! Initial impression is: OMG, THIS IS FABULOUS! I do see an 801 drip tip in my future, but beyond that (and the ridiculous blue LED on the bottom ) this kit is awesome without any hassle at all. Expensive cartos, but I'm hoping they'll refill for a long time. We'll see. :)

I'm using the echo-e carto on eGo-T batteries and like it a lot, not as much as my Reo, but well worth the carto price to get some use of my 5 eGo-T batteries again.

Best part is I can vape in bed or on the couch laying down again-- haven't done that since my KR808 days because you can't do that with a Reo, 306LR dripping on eGo bat, or the eGo-T tank. No worries about it leaking, great flavor, and fun. 5 clicks on the Ego-T bat before I nod off and no worries about frying or spills on the couch. Worth getting in case your back goes out or you get sick.

Day three on this first carto and its still working ok, not great but ok. Still better then what I was using. Have noticed that the flavor is a lot diminished today. I have refilled/topped off 4 times. It doesn't take a lot of juice anymore but is still working. I do use darker juice so I kinda expected this. Still love it. If I can get 3 days and then clean and get another couple of days out of a carto I will be very happy.

Try pushing the filler down in the carto for a return of flavor. Some have reported a bit of shrinkage of the filler after prolonged use. Pushing it down some will help to restore the proper wicking to the coil. I do believe this is the "trick" to keeping the horizontal cartos working at peak for an extended period of time

Thanks. I read that I have tried. It doesn't seem to move much if at all when I push it down. I just tried again a little harder and I can tell there is juice in the filler. I must have moved it a little because I am getting less vapor. Will vape a little and see if the flavor gets better. Its really not a deal breaker though.
