What tips will fit the Echo-E cartomizers?

If you want a rubber one the 801 tip off a cartridge works. The 801 drip tip works very good. I like the aluminum whistle tips, you can get them at Nhaler or Ikenvape. Nhaler has them in 11 different colors but Ikenvapes are a little cheaper and have them in silver or black.
If you push the regular rubber tip in past the stopping point it will stay on much better. It is a little hard to do the first time and you have to twist and push but after that it is easier.

You can get the 801 carts here for 2.95 for five with free shipping. Empty Cartridges
You can get 801 Aluminum Whistle Tips here Whistle Tip Drip Tips
They both have regular delrin too.

They seem to be down for a bit :/

Hey that might work! :)

Looks to me like $2.95 per, and only 2 in stock. Not worth $3 for a tip

This was top secret. lol It was hatched by another member on the forum when we first got them. He rebuilt one and added another coil and he said it was amazing. I was sworn to secrecy.:2cool:

Oh, so the rumors are true. There is a Secret Echo Society. I'd heard about it. What can you tell us about the quad-coil 12V? Can it really run off a car battery?

Haven't had the problem with airflow but I definitely know what you mean with the falling off. I've lost one at work and so I try to keep a careful eye on them. They come off all the time. I might pick up a 801 drip tip but, to be honest, I actually LIKE the feel of the rubber tips better than delrin or plastic. Hopefully, they will make the tips a bit bigger and longer. Maybe that would solve the problem. I definitely plan on saving the tips as the echomizers die or become unusable for backups.

Another good thing about using a drip tip is the larger hole allows excess vapor to escape preventing condensation build up you get with the smaller hole on the regular whistle tips.

Well I guess the Cat is out of the Bag, I made the dual coil Echo carto and passed my findings along to Dennis at Mountain Vapor. Dennis pursued this and had hangsen make them. These things are going to blow you guys away how well they work.

Thank you for sharing your technical savvy for all of us to enjoy. This definitely sounds intriguing.

At what voltage range would you say they work best? Does a standard eGo battery have enough muscle?

Yep MWA is the member I was referring to. He built the first one and shared with me how awesome they were. I'm looking forward to trying one myself. I guess Dennis shared the info with someone on his forum and they posted about it. It amazes me at how many tech savy guys are on the ecf forum. Good job on the ideal and building the first one mwa.

Thanks for your kind words JJ & txt, but I'm not going to get technical, Hangsen is the manufacturer here and there producing them so I think it's best to leave it up to Dennis and Hangsen to discuss that end of it. In my opinion I think they will run fine on the Hangsen Batts and Ego Batts, it will drain them faster I'm sure but heck the Hangsen 1100 & 1300 is a lot of power Jimmyjet.

I find myself getting more and more interested in the Echo, but truthfully more about the batteries than the cartos. Anyone have any ideas on whether an auto Ego-style version (that has threads to attach a cone) might be in the works?

I use an Ego battery with clearomizers right now and like using the cone, but an auto 3.7 battery would be killer.

Yeah, I definitely plan on ordering some of the whistle tip 801's as soon as the ikenvape team gets back from vapestock.

There is a 1,000 mah ego type auto out there that takes a cone but I haven't tried one. I doubt that Echo will go to a cone being as the carto is cone shaped and they look and work great as is.

Nhaler has them also and has 13 colors to choose from. I ordered a couple but they aren't here yet. Ikenvapes are a little cheaper though but he only has silver and black.
