Hi dear HappyVaper - wondering if The Ego Booster displayed at your store offers the output volt stabilization?

It would be great if you can share some tech details or devise size at least!
Will it offer smooth regulation or it works more like switch step-by-step?

It looks very interesting pity your choice of international destinations missing some major EU countries as well as Russia

The Ego Booster works hand-in-hand with the eGo's MOSFET. A video will be available soon in which an oscilliscope is used to demonstrate a boosted eGo's behaviour under load.

The voltage regulation is smooth, not step-by-step.

A FAQ from the manufacturer will be posted here within the next couple of days.

Compared to a VV mod? I think it is a great price if you already have a few eGo batts around. 3.3/3.7v and an LR combo might be able to get you the watts you want, but this mod can get you more out of higher resistance gear.

seen this posted on IoWNs review thread, Really cool for using ego booster on other mods...

Hey teabagger!

We have a similar adaptor on its way to us (should be in stock in about a week). For now, unfortunately, the closest thing we have is the eGo Battery to 510 Charger Adaptor which may look a bit weird on some mods but serve the same purpose.
