I dunno, maybe it's just me but maybe the origional maker shouldn't charge such outragious prices for a machined tube. Just sayin....

Not how it works. If the original has trademark rights - go for it! I agree 100%, they went through the trouble secure proof it is theirs.
For the rest - Take notes.:)

I own and use both clones and authentic mods, RBA's and rda's. My clones work great. But the one thing that always bothered me was the clones with all the authentic's logos. Given the choice between a sterile or self branded clone, like my Smoktech RSST (clone of the AC9), I'll get that over the hCigars and Tobecos that have the authentic's logo printed all over.

Ummm... I've taken "notes" as you say. I'm an accomplished gunsmith *machinist* by trade, I spend my days behind a computer designing now-a-days though. Maybe YOU should "take notes"...... ????

LOL - right over your head:D

Not you, the Mod Makers that have nothing patented or trademarked. You know, the ones we have weekly heated discussions about being cloned.;)

I'll say it again, if the original makers can't be bothered to protect their own product, I certainly won't be doing it for them. If it's too big of a burden for them, go in to a different business. But don't fail to take action on your end, yet expect all the protections afforded to those that do put forth the effort.
