He had the most gorgeous Italian owner but I don’t think her boyfriend would have appreciated the old ‘snap snap’ mating call...

Missed the Vatican City!!! So gutted. Bought no ticket and assumed I could mooch down at a leisurely pace. No such luck. Apparently more than I wanted to see the Sistine Chapel

Currently in Firenze but such a grim, grey, drizzly day I didn’t visit anything aside from the supermarket and the launderette...

Okay. A magical 19 days in and I’ve spent so much money I’ve got to cut this trip!!
I’ve not planned at all and spent the money for 6 weeks in 3 weeks...
I could stick it out and prove to myself that I could do it, but i think it makes more sense to cut my losses and fly home after pretty much a multi trip holiday.
Good while it lasted but I think that makes sense.
I’m in Venice now;

This is a beautiful but very strange city, glad this is to be the last place, for now
