I've done business with maybe 10 places. Frankly, Most have been great. I bought an eGo T tank kit with accessories from Vicki a month ago. It was my first e-cig. I loved it so much I decided to buy 2 more for my daughter & her boyfriend. This time I read all the supplier reviews, checked every price, checked availability, (Many companies are out of eGo tank kits.)
After all that research plus my previous experience w/CigNot, Here is what I've learned...
Vicki:
1. Stays in touch during the sale. (email verifications at every step.)
2. Has fair prices and free kit shipping. (Yeah, I found it for $3 less at another place w/ $7 shipping. Pffft.)
3. Honors warranty claims!!! (I was concerned after I fried an atty. She replaced it and shipped free.)
4. Answers my emails.... personally!
5. Ships insanely quickly. (#1 with a bullet in this regard. How's 2 hours between payment and shipping notice??? I am not kidding.)
6. Had the new kit in stock when most everybody else is out!
I like all of these things. When I need something, I check there first. Thanks Ms. Vicki.
