Just checked tracking from an 18 March order. Finally made it to the states 2 days ago. Now waiting for the Unusally Slow Postal Snails to get it down the east coast to me.
No whining here. I know going in it will be slow. I learned how to not make it super slow. Cheap enough and stock like no other place on this side of the pond. If not for fasttech I am not sure I could afford to do what I do. 
My last order is making record time
Ordered March 20
Shipped March 24 (1-2 days early)
Accepted March 25
Left Chicago April 3 (lucked out - it didn't go through CA.)
Probably be here by April 7
18 DAYS - WOW!
I'm used to 4-6 weeks
It must have been the last package to go into a shipping container.

For me I don't buy from them if it's some thing I need are will need soon .
They are best for things that it's ok to take 25 days or so to get here .
If it takes longer then that I contact them too ask what's going on with my order .
It hasn't gone over 25 days yet.
We are such want it now people that orders taking over a week kills us lol lol lol

I ordered a 3D clone that was at "Ships in 5 days". It dispatched in 3 days and is now sitting at the post office.

My last order got here in 7 days from the day I placed the order. The one before that took 10 days, including weekends. The items were listed as in stock, shipped out the next day or same day, and I shipped them by e-packet.
Still waiting on a drip tip from 2/26 shipped via free airmail.
Batteries go through Malaysia Post, which usually takes 3-4 weeks.
If something isn't in stock or ships next day, expect a long wait.
Carry on.

It takes time to go the jungle and catch all the monkeys and train them how build a new product and put it in an envelope.
Have some patience.
My first order was shipped the next day.
My second 2 orders I payed extra for "expedited shipping" they just shipped today 10 days later.
