The "Flip Top" 510 box mod

Hey everyone,,

I found this cool looking LED book light and thought it would make a nice stylish box mod. I found it on E-bay for $4.70 free shipping from the Cal. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&item=350223907780

The atty is inserted where the led flex cable was, reconfigured the battery springs to run 3 104440's in parallel with a total of 1500mAh.

I am already working on the "Double barrel version" removing the tact button and installing a side tact switch and 2 510 or 901 attys. Maybe even sending the power to the 2 attys with the 3 batterys in serial...

I used a 510 battery connector. No tricks, its pretty straight forward. Drill a hole for the atty, replace the switch, solder a few wires , bend some springs a round and thats pretty much it.

That really does look great. You always do good work.

You should contact the company who makes them and set up an agreement to only sell you the gray ones and have them attach an atomizer to it. Maybe you could sell them for oh I don't know...$180.00 or so
