Kick is a must have if you dont do subohming :) I have 12W model from fasttech and is great for 1.5ohm coils. Get 15W if you are going to buy it. I am waiting for 20W module. Cmon Evolv :)

I doubt you'll ever get a 20W Kick. It would compete with the DNA20 and DNA30 chipsets that are only $5 more than the Kick2.

I really hope you are wrong. You must be :D Dna20 is already outdated because of the same price as dna30, so there is hope. :vapor:

Oh believe me, I love my Nemesis with a Kick2. It's my day to day rig and has been for several months. It and my Halo are the two most reliable ecigs I've owned.

But I think DNA is the way of the future. Unregulated mods are quickly going to become unnecessary. As it is with a DNA30 you can get down to a .5 ohm coil and provide outstanding regulated wattage to it. It won't take long before there is a 100 watt chipset and when that happens unregulated mods will simply be novelties.

Just imagine being able to fully power a .2ohm multicoil setup with regulated wattage.

Unregulated mods will never become unnecessary. Electronics are more prone to failure. It's more difficult to troubleshoot and replace the parts. Unless you're talking about a 100 watt kick that is.

Mechanical mods have only 2 failure points I can think of which can be easily replaced/fixed. The spring/magnet or switch, and the positive pin. Well 3, if you consider the 510 threads.

So I think mechanical mods will always be around, especially in countries where ecig items are prohibited.

Not all kicks are equal, nor are DNA chips. The first kicks, do a great job of adjusting the wattage up. It's just to bad that it can't adjuse it down. That can make the first few hits on a fresh battery hard to deal with. The Kick 2 resolves that problem. I sure hope Brandon solves the same problem with the DNA chips. I can get a great vape below the 15 watt limit of the Kick 2, this makes it a better choice than the DNA. YMMV
