Okay so, I'm starting to use the kick I got the other day now. In a quiet room or if you put your ear next to it I can kind of hear a pulsating noise in the kick I have. Its really faint. Can anybody tell me if this is normal? It's the smoktech kick. Visually it looks fine but this is my first kick so I'm not sure. Any answers would be appreciated.

Okay, so let me ask this since I just got into using a kick. Which kicks out there are a bit better? Say medium to high end. I'm not sure how to judge them.
Yeah I have a feeling the Evolv Kick 1 & 2 (the originals) are the best on the market.
Where's a good place to buy it online? Since there's always a risk of getting a fake when they say its the real deal.

I have the older Sigelei 10 amp kicks and they hiss somewhat when your taking a vape that sounds like your sucking a empty straw. I got a 12 watt kick with a mech I bought and that one sounds like a rattlesnake. I don't know what the evolv kick sounds like, I've not owned one yet.
I took a point file and cleaned the coating off both battery contact points of my kicks along with 320 grit sandpaper and shined up where the kicks negative post sits in my mechs. Been using those old Sigelei kicks for over a year now and they are still going, but I did accidently put a battery in backwards and fried my 12 watt kick a few weeks back, you'll know if you fry a kick...that burnt electrical smell.
