Yeah, it's getting over-played.

No, the Microstick. It's just a status thing anyway, like a tennis bracelet.

Hey, hey, hey, it's not just for status. It's stealthy. It's tiny. It's cute. Isn't that enough reason to get one? I'd rather have a MicroStick than a tennis bracelet.

I want one for the recessed tank area, like the VTR. And the ability to choose battery size (with the extension) unlike the VTR. I do not really wear any jewelery at all, except for a couple of rings.

I thought you meant the Sophia, too. Just curious, and this is not meant to be mean at all, but the MicroStick and the Reo are similar in construction. One costs a bit more. Why, in your opinion, is the MicroStick not worth it? I'm just asking because I thought the price was reasonable, and yes, I am planning on getting the extension, too.

I hope everyone knows I was joking! I don't know anything about the Microstick except that it's a cute little mechanical. The Reo is a cute little mechanical too, but it's a bottom-feeder.

My remarks were based on another device that has outdated technology and is a status thing.

ETA: Like the one you are using!!! Geesh you guys!

smaller diameter wraps, yes - but more importantly, the wraps TOUCH.
You "compress" the spring/coil and torch it into shape like that - it gives you lower resistance with more wraps - and thus more heating area to vaporize juice. There's a good "definition" with specific measurements that categoizes things as micro-coils and "nano-coils" somewhere here. Probably in the "Microcoils for better flavor and vapor" thread...
I'll look for it - but not for too long...lol

What counts as a "micro coil?"

Ok, I got confused because small cute things are usually amongst your interests. And they are similar to the Reo.

I don't know - But that link, that thread - it's in there SOMEWHERE.
I am almost positive that the originator of that thread, SuperXDrifter, posted it.
But it's still just someone deciding, "OK, we'll agree to call anything smaller than ___ a micro"...

Yes, but how small and compressed? Is there a minimum number of wraps?

OCELOT WAS JOKING!!!

The "tennis bracelet" thing was a quote from some ProVari-basher....

I still have a half finished picture of the sniper kitty after the SWAT team got through with her. I was going to post it, but the thread closed before it was done.

Going back to my Reo days with the original Reomizer, that was a microcoil, but it wasn't compressed and we weren't using cotton back then. And what I use in my Sophia is also a microcoil. So, not sure what actually defines it.
