Greetings to all ECF friends and members. I know it has been a while since I made it online. I have been very busy in the dismal reality of RL. I have a LOT fo reviews that I need to do, but my camera died as you may or may not know, I thought I had a replacement but it was worthless. So I decided I will post some WRITTEN reviews in the meantime. Next month I think I finally will have my new camera and video reviews will be following up on all of these posts. I realize I have posted quite a few reviews, but I was really backed up on them from waiting for a camera. Oh well.. Here goes another of my "Finally Doing It" reviews..
DISCLAIMER JUNK : I have received a number of products for free from various suppliers for the purposes of evaluation and review. Please be aware, and anyone who knows me will vouch for my integrity and honesty, that whether I paid for a product or not I will always and ONLY report what I believe to be accurate and honest evaluations of all products I have experienced. It is now, and always been, my intention to help my community of vapers be as completely and truthfully informed about the prolific number of choices available to them in the explosive growth industry of personal vaporizers and electronic cigarettes. Also, you need to know that I am not a person with a medical background and I do not make any claims as to the safety or risks to your health from the use of any products I review. I offer these reviews only as a report of my own personal observations. You should talk with your medical care provider if you have any concerns regarding the use of e-cigarettes/personal vaporizers. Thanks and on with the reviews!
THE GS VV Tube Mod
This is a nice variable voltage tube mod for those looking to get a cool looking and cool looking PV without spending into the triple digits. You get to choose, as with a lot of tube mods these days, between a shorter tube (I actually don't recall off hand if it is an 18500 short version or an 18350 but you can look it up easily enough if this mod interests you, right?

Besides, I always go with the 18650 mods. My battery of preference because I am a HEAVY VAPER. I admit it proudly and freely. I vape a LOT, and I hate swapping batteries every 2 hours like I did with the smaller batteries.
Now this tube mod costs a lot less than other vv tubes with LED displays. A big reason for this is that it is not a solid metal tube mod. This one is sort of a hybrid tube. The battery tube end appears to be heavily coated aluminum with a plastic bottom cap for battery changing. THe battery tube is also separate from the switch housing section which appears on casual inspection to be all plastic. Don't let that scare you away though. This looks like a fairly well craft piece of hardware and I do not regret buying it all thus far. It has all the features you really need for a VV PV tube. I mean, it has a large fire button. You press that in, and it displays the number of puffs you have taken since it was turned on/batt changed last. If you then hold in the small "-" button it will switch to displaying the voltage setting on the small screen instead. When you see this, you can then use the "-" and "+" buttons to adjust the voltage up or down in .1v increments. This is actually a really nice mod, because unlike a lot of other mods, including the more expensive ones, this mod actually has a voltage from 3.0v to 6.0v and I really like this because almost every one of my other VV mods, cheap ones and expensive ones alike all have a range that starts at 3.3v and when you are using a true LR option, it is nice to have that lower 3.0v available to you.
As I said the price on this mod is a lot better than the more expensive all metal VV tubes, but it is still well made and it does everything you need a VV tube mod to do, not to mention it has the improved low range for your VV needs. If I was on a budget and not a MOD BUYING JUNKIE that I am.. I would definitely choose this tube mod. I use mine all the time. I like using different juice flavors, and I don't like swapping out cart's constantly. So I have 5 VV mods at all times, each with a different device attached at a different V level and different juice flavor. It keeps things interesting don'tchaknow..
In all seriousness though, I highly recommend this tube mod to those looking for a VV tube but want to spend a lot less than a pro-vari or even a buzz for that matter. I mean, this one may not be all solid metal, or have quite as many bells and whistles but most importantly it DOES THE JOB and won't break your bank. Isn't that the most important part of buying your PV? (not counting those who are insane such as myself).
