Hummmmm I'm suspicious, but my suspicions are neither here or there...I will NOT be purchasing a lava tube. I do however plan to purchase another Provari. I am a believer that you get what you pay for. And for the sales pitch guy to assume that Provari users are afraid to take the Provari outside of the home is wrong, I carry mine everywhere and if I happen to break it I know hat it's worth it's weight in gold and will just purchase another if it can't be repaired by the awesome Provape team....I could go on and on but will stop here....but in closing (can you tell that I've been watching the trial?) in closing I will say that the Provari is the iPad of vv mods!

I've had my provari for 8 months and I too take it everywhere--it has worked flawlessly in this time period. In reference to dropping the provari, I have done so numerous times on asphalt, cement, and tile with no damage except a few scratches on the bottom end-cap. In fact, I'm more concerned about the tile in my house busting than my provari.

cheers,

ProVari=US company, great product, great service. Nuff said......I carry mine with me all the time, it's tough, if a lady vaper carried a ProVari she could hammer fist some sense into anyone that means her trouble. ProVari gets the E1, E1 error with LR, fine, standard atty's, cartos, & what not can be found all over the place, I'd rather be safe than sorry worrying if this thing will go freaky in my hands.

mmmm, he doesn't hate the provari guys. He's addressing our fears about dropping and breaking either one of these mods. Drop and break the 60 buck mod, ... cry til next payday.
Drop and break the provari.... cry a river.

just sayin...

You gave me a great idea for one of my future videos.

I'm going to buy a Lavatube and drop it and a Provari from 6ft in the air onto concrete.

The results will be interesting.

The only thing that bothered me was that it seemed like he was making the error codes out to be a bad thing. I personally find them helpful. Let's me know when my atty is dry before I suck in a big burnt dry inhale LOL. While the way the Lavatube handles the volte issue, by downing it to 3.7v, is convenient, it does not cover the use of most of the error codes. I would rather see an error code and adjust accordingly, than vape at 3.7v. Ever since I started with high voltage, I don't really feel like I'm vaping when I have to use a 3.7v device.

Ahh, they have to come up w/ something to appeal to those who don't wanna shell out for the ProVari. The guy is going after the competition in stead of showcasing the benefits of a new vv mod. Kinda cheap and weak salesmanship - in any retail or service sector. People will realize that they are buying a knock off. It's like Lord and Taylor vs. Walmart. They both sell dresses and purses - each will have their following. My 2nd ProVari is on it's way bc I can't imagine being without it - their customer care is 2nd to none and it's built like a tank.

I was almost ready to pull the trigger on 2 black Provaris until I discovered this thing. I currently have 5 on the way from China (minimum order) and at $35.00 a piece that is less in total than one Provari. Don't get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with the Provari but when a mod comes along that basically does the same thing for a fraction of the cost then why not give it a go? Plus, if this thing performs on par with VV mods that are currently available it will shake up the whole price point of these devices.

Hope everything works out for you ridgerunner. If I had the choice of 1 Aston Martin, or 5 chevy's, I'd still take the Aston Martin. And yes, I took the Aston.

I don't have a ProVari and don't plan on getting one so I have no stake in this. For the record I do own a Pro Vape 1 and it's plenty for me.

You do have to look at what's inside to get a good idea of why something cost so much less or more then something similar. Being made in China makes a difference, but also things like the high quality military grade switch on the Provari. What is the quality of the switch on the China make VV PV, and can you get it fixed if (when) it goes bad. I would guess it becomes a paper weight at that point. There is a long list of quality issues when comparing, including the service from Pro Vape. Good luck getting any service from China.

No need to do this.
My Provari survived a 7ft drop on Concrete, the black Coating has a few Scratches but thats it.
I abuse the Provari since July, its my all Day Fogmachine, i droped it in Water, countless times out of my Pocket on Tiles or Concrete, use it with wet Hands.
The Provari is built like a Safe, almost indestructible.

What's wrong with him? He is polite, decent looking, well spoken and even diffident. I like him a lot. I have a Provari but I'm definitely getting a Red LavaTube if and when they are for sale. Why all the negative comments about a Chinese product? When I originally got on the vaping scene a few years ago, ALL ecigs were made in China and no one was hating them then. As someone else mentioned, if it wasn't for the Chinese, maybe we wouldn't all be happily vaping now. Which are the copies really???

I would be VERY interested to know how you managed to order them, if you don't mind sharing your info with me (pretty please). I wouldn't mind getting 5 myself - 2 for me and 3 for friends. I have lots of friends and family who are interested in the vaping scene but can't shell out massive prices to start with.

When he was screwing end cap on it sounded cheap. Not saying I won't own 1 but it won't replace my proVari typing this on my iPad while holding my proVari."...... Let me go track my 2nd proVari I ordered as a backup before I go to bed! Money well spent when you get quality and service in 1 place... Thanks provape..
