The 'helium' effect

Hello,

I have been smoking E-cigarettes since quitting smoking on 11 November. I am really happy with the brand I have picked, but I have noticed that when I use it a lot, my voice tends to go a little higher than normal, and my throat feels odd. If you have inhaled helium for a giggle, you will know what I mean, although this is not so pronounced. Has anyone else experienced this? Could it be related to smoking e-cigarettes? The brand I have contains propylene glycil and vegetable glycerine, and I buy the juice with zero nicotine. I also read somewhere that quitting smoking can have an effect on your thyroid, and I'm wondering if this is what's happening to me. Any feedback will be appreciated.

I have not had anything like this happen to me. Vaping does cause a little dehydration, so it may
be that the changes in the throat that you are feeling, may be associated with that. Make sure you
drink ALOT of water thru out the day.
Also, glad you found your way here and congrats on getting onto the vape train.
Hopefully you will get some other suggestions about what may be happening.
