the highest quality of e liquid

i am sorry if this quesstion is frequently asked or if there isnt accurate answer for it.
but i want to now what's is the safest e liquid out there.
right now i vap only halo i fully trust them but the wont say the pg vg ratio
i want e liquid 100% VG from a brand name and not chinese no offence.

I'd try EcoPure. Cignot carries it and I believe Virgin Vapors uses EcoPure base.

Just out of interest sake, why are you looking for 100% VG juice? Are you under the impression that it is safer than PG? If you do some homework you'll find PG has been used for inhalation since the 60's (i think), while VG has only started to be used recently. If I was looking for the safest juice I'd be leaning toward PG.

Fair enough Ragg, people have allergies to both pg and vg. Some people are under the impression that vg is safer in general than pg which is garbage. I think because vg has the word vegetable in its name and pg has the word propylene in its name people assume vg is safer.

That's the reason I DIY now, its really not hard at all. Plus if you buy in bulk, juice is super cheap!
