Try taking the tube completely off and put the bottom cap on the empty tube - will it go on?Just got mine but a little bummed. On my 18650 the threadings are off and the bottom cap wont fit on.

When I use my kick with an AW IMR 18490 battery the bottom switch will now screw in till flush with the tube, is this normal for everyone or am I just lucky?

I didn't get the first one but the switch does seem to have a little to much play in there and unless you lock the switch it takes on the leaning tower of pisa look.

so does this new one but the old one is solid it must be the spring
