Sounds like your drip tip is bottoming out on your post screw, I have a few that do that.
You could always sand or file down the bottom of that particular drip tip too
Whew! Finally caught up with all of that. I leave for a few days and come back to 60 pages to catch up on! You folks sure have a lot to say!!!
Well, since my last post worrying about my Blue Dragon, my Blue Dragon came in and WOW!!! I'm a total base amateur when it comes to the whole "Wick & Wire" thing but, after 4 hours and several blown coils, I had my new Dragon up and bellowing Tolkien-esq quantities of vapor befitting to any respectful Dragon. While I'm totally a noob in regards to building my own wick & coil, I already have a Zen Mini and a Z-Atty-U (still using the stock wicks on those) and I can honestly say there is no comparison. The flavor is off the charts and the vapor production is nothing short of astounding. I was expecting something similar to what I've tried in the past but it's really nothing like it. Face, you've really created something here and I'm absolutely thrilled to have one. Now all I gotta do is figure out which one I'm getting next!

The first one can be a little rough. I won't even get into how long it took me to do my first coil using a Provari, lol. Between the shorts and constant errors I just about threw the DID and Provari out the window.
The good news is each successive coil is so much easier then the last. First one took many hours, second one about 10 minutes.

I went out to home depot and picked up a torch an a multimeter, come home and check the mail and wow its already here!!!!!
hey everyone. Stepped out of work for lunch. I keep thinking I can't wait for the next LE sale, but why do I need another? Lol I WANT another, but I have my favorite color(green envy), its my favorite design so far, and I don't need anything else in it than Pluid. Those drip tips for the dragons were awesome looking, but I came to the conclusion others need to try this and love it as well. I guess I'll just hold out for a DoomsDay one or the 12/21/12. Does anyone else have these feelings too? It's seriously an addiction, Face.

I have to say that the pictures do not do it justice! This is a work of art! Wonderful! Now if I can figure out how to set it up.

I built my first coil Saturday night live on my show. I'm embarrassed to say there was a significant amount of swearing, frustrated sighs, aggravated groans, infuriated grunts, and wholesale cursing of several people (including but not limited to: Bugs Bunny, Mel Gibson, Zen, Imeo, Pres. Obama, the Wendy's "Where's the Beef" lady, Sylvester Stallone, Sylvester the Cat, Faceless (I'm SO sorry), Johnny Knoxville, the Geico Gecko, and Papa Smurf). I had a few moments, moments I'm supremely not proud of, when I just wanted to toss the thing out the window but, thankfully, cooler heads prevailed and I kept at it until I had a workable coil and, once that was achieved and the coil was broken in.......vaping nirvana!
