xformulax its 32. The GJ is 6mg so you can judge by that on how much you need to lower your nic intake. I was using 12mg till I got my first iHy now im at 6 to 8 depending on the juice maker. But I also use Pluid which is 10. I just cant vape it all day or Ill go into a vape coma!!
