We will all have problems, these things aren't made in warehouses and we dont have QC lines, we make them, we assemble them, we pack them, we ship them, it is quite stressful and overbearing at some times, well all the time. Some PV's will have issues and flaws and we will do our best to fix the problems while still making more stuff at the same time and this is where we fall behind. I have a switch I was suppose to send out and have no clue who it goes to. If you send me something for replacement, please, please, please include a note in the package with return addy and what the problem was. My wife opens a lot of my mail and just sits stuff on my desk after throwing away the package it came in. I will put this on my website and just mail stuff to

No need to PM me if you dont want, just send what needs fixed and the paper note and it will be fixed and mailed priority next day. If its a user error I would need to be contacted first to determine cost of replacement part, if its my fault, it will be replaced for free for life.
We also need to take a step back from the drama and bashing. We are 1 community, we all are trying a healthier alternative to smoking. Some people want to say "ihybrid is crap" "blah, blah, blah" let them say what they want, no need to get down to their level, this is vaping, not a civil or turf war. I buy everything, if I dont like it I sell it or trade it off, maybe what I dont like someone else will love, no reason for me to try and persuade them to share my personal opinions, but hey, I just avoid drama. Life is too short to argue over vape gear, by thats just my opinion. Maybe some people wake up and need the attention and need to complain, I would rather not, I would rather enjoy a vape and a cold beverage, and hopefully with all of yall at a vape meet
