Nice post and I'm sorry to hear about your wife.

Hello iHy family,

I personally want to apologize for causing any grief in the iHy nation as I did in fact sell my iHy. I am not sure if any of you read my post, but first and for most I asked many senior people questions before I sold it. I did not want to sell it and there is a very good explanation on why I had to. You can believe what you will and I understand. My wife will be having surgery, yet we find out we have to pay the deductible up front. Therefore taking money out of pocket now would cause some financial problems. I traded a ZEN mini and a 3ml cobra for this device. I loved it so much I bought another (not expecting Medical bills). Before I posted for the price I discussed with some other members on ECF. My deductible is $300, paypal takes a fee plus I need to pay for shipping. This is what was decided and I included a brief summary hoping that the iHy family would be forgiving. I did expect to get some flames and Truly apologize. Once my wife is out of surgery and we are back on our feet, I would be happy to send Faceless the $100. I did not intend to ruin my reputation. Thank you all for listening and again I am sorry.

Faceless, I meant no disrespect and if I was able to go back and change this I would.

Twisted 32g seems very forgiving when wrapping a coil, had no problems at all. Wrapped it, metered it (1.2ohms), put in a battery and tried it, and everything lit up at once :)
The top coil seems a tad warmer than the others in the pic, but I don't notice that in the flavor.

Envious! I still can't manage to get my standard up and running....so far I've popped 3 twisted and numerous single coils...I just got home from work AMD made a couple more wicks...gonna give a numerous more trys at work tonite. Hopefully I'll have as successful a coil as you....looks good!

Sent from the cab of a x-ray rig bored out of my mind!

Hey guys, I bought trigunbloods iHy, and I'm very happy with the purchase. I was late to the iHy party, and I missed out on a few of the LEs, so when a spider came up in the classies, I jumped on it. When I found out that he needed the money for his wife's surgery, my heart went out to him. I love the iHy LEs, and if I can help our a member of our community at the same time, that's awesome. I had zero problem with the price I paid, rare and collectible items often sell for more than the purchase price. I really hope that no one has an issue with this, faceless himself said a few times now that he did not mind. Personally, I think I made a great buy and trigunblood made a good mark-up to help his family. Great deal in my mind.

This morning I'm vaping some Gandalf from HHV that I picked up after reading positive reviews in this thread. I must say, this is some dang tasty juice if you like tobacco flavors. It's pretty cheap too at $17 shipped for 30ml. Gonna add this to my list of all day vapes.

I like Gandalf allot also, If you haven't tried Smooth Criminal form Ahlusion I highly recommend it.:vapor:

Thanks! Keep trying, and you will get it, no worries. I think it helped that I used the same wick I have been using for a while, I just lit it on fire to remove the previous juice, and wrapped the new coil. I have gotten the habit of wrapping the coil clockwise, then going counter-clockwise around the top post. Seems to work better for me, with less of the "hotspot of doom" on the top coil.

Have you tried setting up your coil with a half dead battery? Just pulse the button a few times before making it glow. Also be sure to torch the heck out of you wick :)

Lucid, despite its marketing, is actually a pretty solid absinthe, among the top of the readily (locally) available brands IMO.

Local ABC also started carrying Leopold Brothers recently, a little more pricy, but very complex and tasty absinthe... Stay away from Grand Absente, not a fan (personally) of that one... Don't get me wrong, I polished off the bottle, but don't see buying it again.

I am :) all I've had is Lucid so far, however. Love the ritual! Lol
