side note, I have Doctor (chiropractor) tomorrow, I have a rib out of place that is killing me, anyone know how to self adjust this? Its like the 2nd or 3rd one down in my back, pops out a lot due to a fight I had with a door

Husband has the same problem...he said to try and sit down put elbows on a table put your hands on your face thumbs under jaw and index fingers near ear. Pull elbows close to chest and gently lean from side to side and if that doesn't work...gently rotate your hips in that same position ...hope this helps. It took him a while to figure it out but that's how he does it.

If its hitting a nerve your wasting your cash at a chiropractor (in my opinion) time to step it up to the next level..

Ortho?

Face sorry I dont know how to fix that. I go to the Chiro once a month. I have 2 pinched nerves, arthritis and a lower vertabrea that is slowly detoriating. No I dont know how to spell either. LOL But I do hope you feel better after your visit. I usually hurt for a few days after but then its all good for about 3 weeks. Then back to the pain. But I love my Chiro. Didnt know what I missing till I went.

I would say the Chiro is all about money, but she's a friend and its free, far away, I went to a few others because they were local, but it was the same old story, come in 4 times a week for the next 96 years, blah

tried it, didnt work, I feel it wants to work, if that makes sense. the muscles are inflamed around it, I usually let my 4 yr old daughter jump on my back and it helps but she's asleep

He said it does do that he said try scooting your hips alittle further away from the table so ur back is a little more arched and and try again...and also try leaning your head side to side and see if that will put pressure on the right spot..also try putting more weight on one elbow than the other..

I know about going 4 times a week. Thats how I started now after a year its once a month. I only pay my Chiro 25.00 a visit and man does she whip me into shape. She kills me but then the pain magically disappears and both feet hit the ground at the same time. That right there is a great feeling. I walk with a limp from a car accident. 7 screws and a bone fusion in my ankle. You just dont know whats it like to be able to walk right again at least for a few weeks. Its wonderful! LOL!!!!

He said your muscles are inflamed so first goal easy to stretch them and eventually it will start to slide into place....
