well, it's 2pm on 12/21/12 in Eastern Australia right now and the proverbial plane has not crashed into the proverbial mountain... everyone better hold off on maxing out there credit cards and telling off their bosses!
Yeah that FaceBook post is funny. Not many companies would respond to an email within 2 minutes period, let alone during a super busy LE sale. Pretty incredible customer service imo. Glad she didn't get one if that is how she reacts to that.

Seems that way..after reading posts from the same lady from yesterday it seems she expected the "buy now" button to jus appear on the screen when it went live, she didnt know about f5.
