Offsetting the coils is positioning them so you have more wraps towards the bottom of the wick instead of evenly spacing them out. I find that when they're even, the top portion of the wick dries out too fast resulting in dry hits. With my 4/3 setup, I have 3 wraps down low towards the wick hole, and a long wide wrap going up to the pos post screw. That way the heat is concentrated down low, closer to the juice. Hope that makes sense.

I just position them all in tight formation in front of the wick hole so they get a bunch of air on them

Sure will! Im thinking maybe a warm water bath and shake the HELL out of it? Anyone see any problems with this who have had Papa before?

Never tried papa smurf but it is on my list. Warm water bath with a lot of shaking is pretty much my routine with any DIY or new juice I get in. I still seem to have to let it sit for another week or two but the more hot water bathes you use the shorter the wait if you are impatient like me ;-)

Spent a couple hours DIYing yesterday and grabbed one of the bottles on the way out the door going to work - it is awesome!

13% TFA Vanilla Swirl
2% TFA Dolce de Leche (because I didn't have enough Vanilla Swirl for the 30ml bottle)

Tastes great!

Awesome! This is what I wanted to hear! Most juice will get time to steep anyways, since pluid is my go to... But I've heard a lot about these juices and I'm already anxious!

Is heavens a tobacco? It sounded great, none the less! I usually stay away from tobacco for temptation reasons. At this point, I don't think it really matters(that was in the ego-t days)

Been a couple days with my HR now and I wanted to play with it for a while and break her in before I posted this..

The Delrin (or durlin, or darilin, lol) insert seems really tight, the spring takes about a full day to push it out if it gets pushed down, when it isnt pushed down the bottom of the switch doesnt extend all the way down and shortens the throw a lot. anyone else having a simular experience?

I took the switch apart and had to pry the delrin insert out to get it out, it's VERY tight in there.
