Faceless,

If you're still surfing the thread any chance you'll ever do a run of the limited edition green firing switches? I know you're doing the uhhhhh tank ring but man, a switch in the color would so complete the look.

Yes maybe, I don't know lol, the anodizing kills the conductivity and it would be a pain to mask off the post of the switch, the lock rings I plan on doing

Even the lock ring would be awesome. I'm in for one of those. That would actually be better then the entire switch. You would have aluminum, green, aluminum, green tube, a small aluminum ring between tank and bottom tube, and then green tank cover again. Would look great alternating like that.

I'm going to try to polish out the top cap as well. Figure if I really mess it up I can always buy another one from you when your site goes live. Should polish out well though.

Face I think you could use nail polish or rubber cement as masking. Then after anodizing use acetone to remove nail polish.

Ano is very delicate, acetone would likely strip or damage the ano finish. Best way to clean ano is a mild detergent (not dawn) and warm water and dry with a very soft towel by blotting. If you think chrome is easily scratched, ano is 10x easier.....take care of your ano.....

Acetone is safe for anodized aluminum, in my experience..

You may be right, I am just very cautious with ano. I have seen buddies who strap on a piece of black ano onto their bikes and have it turn purple in just a few months because they thought it was just another spot to wash/treat with some chemical cleaner.

Indeed he is. I wrapped again 4/3 pulled wick closer to the + post seems to be working better much more vapor I still think I'm over wicking. Going to try a new coil in the am.

Give this a go.....remove your tank sleeve so you can see your juice and when you go to vape only tilt till you see the top of your wick inside the tank just get in the juice. If you have a high PG juice then it will travel much faster through your wick than a 50% or higher VG juice. If you are using a high PG juice then definitely pinch the top of your wick or train yourself to not over tip. I think your close to being where you want to be....good luck bro.
