Nope, not painful at all. Email sagewoodglass@gmail.com tell them you want a tip made with the clear green of DT1109. Also tell them it's for a rebuildable and a smaller "drip" opening would be appreciated. And any other specifications you want. (Their gallery is here if you want ideas or examples to point to for them to work from) Then you wait a month or two and they send you a picture, you send them money if you like it and they ship it. A bit of a wait, yeah.. but custom and perfect. =)
