Yes the replacement tube has been purchased and I've sent faceless an email asking him to ship it out ASAP so that we can conclude this mess as soon as possible. If I can sell more stuff, I will even pay faceless to ship it next day. I won't bore you with the details, but I've put up a lot of incredibly rare and important stuff to myself up for sale so that I can get this resolved. I really do not want you to be unhappy with this transaction and am doing everything in my power to resolve it in the fastest means at my disposal.

So that everyone is aware, here's what's happening. I got wingedwheels ihy tank sleeve and 18650 kick tube to anodize. While anodizing it I got the color backwards in the fade of the sleeve backwards so I stripped the anodizing off and proceeded to get it back to a nice polish and while polishing it, the tube caught on the wheel and ripped out of my hands. This flung the tube down onto the floor and dinged it a little bit. I proceeded to anodize the tube anyway and let winged know of the ding when it was in route and told him that if he was not happy with the tube that I would replace it. He indicated that he would check it out and let me know.. at which point he found out that it wouldn't thread completely so, I proceeded to work with faceless to procure a replacement tank sleeve to have shipped to me so that I could anodize and then return it to winged. It was also discovered that the kick tube I anodized had some anodizing on the threads preventing conductivity so I offered to get a replacement for that as well and then clean the threads on the tube. I've worked hard to get the money to replace teh items that were messed up and resolve the issue as quickly as humanly possible. I've also offered to refund the price paid to winged so that he's not out his money for a product that didn't work. Now he's indicated that he no longer wants the anodizing just wants faceless to send him the parts sooner so that he can get back up and running. I have no objections and want this to be in the open so that it can never be questioned that I wasn't doing my every best to complete this transaction successfully and amiably.

I wasn't going there Ken,but since you did,I have to give you credit for a fair analysis of what transpired.

LOL, I never though about that lol, I offered to switch it out for him, he is sending me the prototype and I'm sending him a new unit, hows that for service?

Hmmm... You'd have to rip it from my cold, dead hands, LOL. Surely, in a couple of years, that prototype will pay for a new car.

I'm not going to lie or pad the truth so that either you or I looks better in the situation. I posted the truth with no emotional input. I truly do want you to be happy with the transaction. I may even buy an additional tank sleeve and kick tube to anodize for you anyway and you can swap me out the ones that faceless ships to you when you get the anodized replacements. I have no reputation on this forum and I have to go a long way to build it. Not to mention, that's just the kind of person I am. You started out wanting an anodized tube and because of mistakes on my end, you didn't get it. That will be remedied one way or another.
