Has anyone done the peter k method on ihy and if so what size bit was use for mesh and coil?

Hi Schneck! There has been TONS of chat about the Petar K Method the past few days. You can scroll back a few pages. I also put some of the posts in the "Faceless: iHybrid Reference Links" site. Start about Line 30 for some specific posts.

Thanks!

Hi Lady! Hope you're having a good day so far!

Hi EF!!!!! So far so good! I got one of my devices up and running! Thanks for your help...and Ezkill has been giving me some tips too. In fact, several folks on here have been so awesome!

I'm almost embarrassed to say what the problem was with the one device. LOL You won't be surprised :( There was a tiny little piece of wire wrapped tightly around the head of the negative screw. In my defense, it was the same color as the screw! I don't know how long it had been there! But, after I got it off and re-coiled it.....BAMB! Instant vapor for the FIRST time since I owned it practically! (Couple months).

I'm still working on the 2nd one. I'm still getting nasty burnt throat hits. Ugh! But I will figure it out :)

Thanks again :)

That's odd, it used to link to his website not long ago.

It used to! I know its silly but make it easier for people and you'll get more traffic.

Try the vaping angle adjustment we talked about.

Especially with a new and thin wick(insulated) you will find you need to tilt more to get rid of dry hits. You won't have to tilt as much with a well seasoned wick after a few tanks.

evilferret where is flushing from syracuse?? near NYC?

I'm in Queens NYC.

I'm just still bitter when we got annexed into NYC. My godfather would complain about this every time I see him. For some reason he blamed NYC for Flushing's urbanization.

Yahs, Syracuse! I had couple of buddies who went to college there!

EZ, I think you're right. I'm fairly certain that my problem(s) are from simple ignorance (and I don't say that to insult myself...I'm by no means "ignorant"...just new).

I see SO many new people give up. Huh uh....not gonna happen with me. By Gawd, I've got this beautiful device and I'll be damned if I let it defeat me! LOL

It seems that the burning flavor is, as you pointed out (and so did Evilferret), a dry wick! I think there may be a couple other "small" issues that have "big" implications when I vape, too. It's all starting to make some sense to me now. Unless someone at least tries to understand the process, and some of the technical reasons....it will be harder to fix issues. That much I've learned thus far.

Yes, it was much easier to slap a carto on a stick battery. Sometimes I miss that. But you couldn't pay me to go back to that after 5 minutes with a successful wick and coil. LOL

Try Ezkill's way first! Basically try everything until you find the way that works for you! Everybody vapes different!

If you're a super chain vaper, please try a super fat wick (using about 3 inches of mesh to roll up).

For me, the only answer was a super fat wick for my vape pace.

LOL while you're at it, try to get his banner to link to his website.

It just feels weird when a banner doesn't take me somewhere.

I have no clue how to do that. Elfstone helped me to be able to get my signatures to link to the respective sites. LOL I can only learn ONE new thing at a time! And right now...it's not that :) Hehehe

Hahaha thanks.

Eh, Queens just turned into the suburbs for Manhattan. I still don't believe how much we urbanized. We used to have farms when I was a kid here but now its all apartment complexes.
yeah its upsetting how much most of our country areas have been urbanzied these past years

I have been DIYing Ejuice for about a year now. Every couple months I get the idea that mixing some wacko flavors together would ve a good idea. Usually it works. Lastnight I made the worst tasting juice ever. Called it Bar Rag.

It kills me to waste money so now I have 60ml of this garbage to vape

Monday will ve an exciting day!! Getting my wisdom teeth yanked finally (h8 the dentist) and my Orion I traded the Darwin for should be here. Here I come dry sockets!!
