I don't have kcos drip tips, sorry. The laser is already fixed so the next 50 tanks are evenly precision cut, no worries. I didn't want to delay y'all getting them 3 days just for a tank when I can send another one. You can anodize if you like. I don't understand how the drip tip doesn't fit cause I don't have a kcos drip tip. I use cherry tips and lots of others and they all fit. Does a kcos run big?

he might of ordered them for the zenesis

So here go the pics...

It looks pretty good. As you can see there is a slight angle to the top cap which is probably because of the way the tanks are cut (which will be fixed!)

The sleeve looks cool, fits well over the tank, and does secure the top cap so it's not wobbly or risks snapping out:

Here's the airhole, seems a little smaller than on the Zenesis and much larger than on the DID:

Here's some top views for the post positioning and wick hole / draw hole:

The Kick fits in the bottom part of the atomizer, and stays in snugly:

The switch, with locking mechanism and brass connector. I didn't take it apart. It presses with minimal amount of force, but makes a noise.. like metal on metal.

I won't vape it probably until tomorrow or later as I am still looking for a drip tip that fits (I have both "510" and "Zenesis" Kcos drip tips - they all fit both in the Zenesis and in the DID and Boge cartos...).

it depends how hot you want to vape i do 4/3 with 32g and love it but a lot of people think its to much they do 5/4 with 32g

Thanks, I should note that I will not be using a Kick so 3.7 volt. Just not sure of the positioning for this. I am sure I will try a 4/3 32 and go from there.

Yes... There are several scratches on the body and on the sleeve, I couldn't avoid having one in the picture... I'm not that OCD about that, but as I said, I think a different finish (or any finish, really!) would be welcome.

If the scratches aren't deep you should be able to buff it out with a polishing cloth.

now you got me worried

Well... there is no deep scratch anywhere.. You can't even feel them to the touch, they are just visible, I don't know if that makes sense. The way it looks, and I'm really sorry to say, it seems like there should be some extra finishing procedure to make the surface more even looking. As I said, though, I'm not a fan of the color so I hope I will be able to have it all anodized to black or something

The SS of the top cap is also not really finished - coarse and dull - but I know people know how to polish / smooth out these things. I don't so I hope someone will point me in the right direction, lol.

he did say the first 12 shipped were getting another ihybrid i wonder if thats why

Yeah, I did not understand this part either. The first twelve people or units?

I find that if you lube up the bigger drip tips with 50/50 pg/vg, you can get them in.

Faceless, can you explain the extra units thing?

Thanks.

Ps, if he waits till tomorrow, a bunch of people will have them by then :)

quick side note! The first 12 I shipped out will be getting another iHybrid free of charge. I changed a detail on the top, inside, you wont be able to notice it but it changes the measurement by .105" for the top screw to adjust draw :). So you got 2 iHybrids for the price of 1.

I won't be on until tomorrow. Have to get some R&R, been a busy day and I'm stressed lol

There ya go......
