just got to ihybridmods.com and click the iHybrid link on top of page

Face I tried to order the Ihy spider from your web site then it went through to Paypal and I never got a confirmation that it went through. Just wondering if it did?? I tried to call you friday and left a message also. I did notice you also have the 18650 tube for a kick but that was not in stock. Are they also available in the colors for the Ihy Spider?? Thanks

Does PP say you made a payment? PP should also send you an email that says you made a payment. Or PM me name on order and I'll tell you if it went through. I always know if I have a payment go through paypal, I don't understand why people are having problems with knowing if they paid or not. Is there a way to make this easier? any advice from anyone?

Ordered the iHy Spyder yesterday, just wondering if I will get any sort of confirmation from iHybrid ???
Or maybe updates on if the expected ship date will be met?

I did get a Paypal confirmation but thats all so far.

Cant wait to get it, it will be my fourth genesis but my first full hybrid APV.

All they have to do is log into their PP account and they can see payments made in the history. It's just like a bank account, check your statement.

I don't think you can make it easier. I've never had a problem with paypal. You send a payment and it sends you an email "You sent a payment". Either you get an email or if on the off chance something fails you don't. Nothing you can do here really unless you want to start sending order confirmation emails to confirm the paypal email people already get. Seems pretty redundant and like it would be a waste of your time.

The problem I was having with PAYPAL was everytime you want to add something to your order the window closes and I was trying to order items that were not in stock, replacement glass, screws, and the 18650 kick tube.

I got a confirmation number and it says that IHY is the vendor so I must be good. I ordered the IHY Spider and was wondering if the Kick tube you have on the web site can be customized with the Spider engraving and come in the black color??

Face, I don't think it is a paypal issue, I think from what they are saying it is more they are use to getting 2 emails one from paypal and one from whatever site they order from, so maybe just adding a note on the site that if you get a paypal confirmation then the order went through, and that you don't auto send confirmations like that other than the paypal one just so they know.

Just started using pluid and have a couple ?s does it get a lot darker in tank after awhile or is that from short...? Doesn't taste like its burning ,,however with this stuff how the hell could ya tell.....

Not a short, but could be caramelized juice. Is the juice boiling or vaporizing on the wick. It's probably not a problem, but if the juice caramelizes (is that a word?) and runs down the wick, it will darken the juice in the tank.
