Yes, I changed the width, its skinnier but only but only by .0150". I also changed the depth of the top cap for the draw to be adjusted by 2 different positive screws and I changed the teflon piece under the standoff so its recessed.

I can't wait to see the new one :toast:

These type of devices don't play well with gravity and fluidity.. pretty much upright all the time. If the tank's not totally full you can get away with a 45 degree angle most of the time. It's a bit of a pain but totally worth it for the awesome performance they put out.

So what you're saying is they're really not pocket friendly? That's a bummer since I was planning on this being my primary device at work.

I have a Katana that is very similar in design to the iHybrid, and it goes wherever I go. If I am walking around, it has always been fine in my back pocket in 18650 or 18350 mode. In the car, it sits in my cup holder. It has never leaked or spooged juice, so I am sure the iHybrid will be just fine as well. For women that like to just toss stuff haphazardly into there feminine shoulder garages, I would say it's a good possibility of spillage. So Fisty is correct - back pocket - car cup holder - My geni is pretty much upright all the time.

The sad thing is, I won't have one lol, all 50 are gone, I'm stuck with the prototype lol...... Maybe I'll remove someone from the list

You could always carry it in a flashlight holster. Even my iPhone isn't pocket friendly :)

Wait, so I just imagined this post???????

Oh elfstone, baby baby baby, you're looking so fine in that avatar! I just want to wrap you up in my arms and hold you! I want to feel you crushed up against me, the warmth of your body, the scent of your long flowing hair overpowering my senses. Oh, I can hardly stand it....I NEED to see you!

also iirc, you need to hit these gen mods on somewhat of an angle? to kind of keep the juice flowing into the wick? but that doesn't make it leak? i've got a vivi nova and i understand you need to 'charge' the wick so it has something to vape but with these i'm not sure, no first hand experience

This has probably been answered... I'm still catching up.

I've never had any "genny" style device leak.
I have them, when not in use, either upright or at a slight angle in some type of "holder".

I have put them in my pockets. I don't have anything with pockets roomy enough for the device to be on it's side while in the pocket, but I've never had leaking in the pockets.

With a fresh-never-used wick, it is best to vape at around 3 o'clock until the mesh starts wicking well.
After that, 4 or 5 o'clock works well for me with no dry hits, and no leaking.

Also, continuing your "draw" after releasing the power button helps cut down on condensation.

They really are nice devices, and much easier to work with/vape with than it sounds.

Nice - great to see someone from Phiniac in here! I love my Phiniacs, but they are gathering dust now that I am hooked on genis. My question is this: When will Phiniac start making tanks that fit the more popular hybrids? That would be SO totally cool!

This is going to be a great vape mail week!! First *ASH* then iHybrid!!! I'll be in a nic coma for sure, this time next week...LOL. My lips might fall off :vapor: :vapor:

Hey Emma what is the ASH exactly. Sorry for all the dumb questions but I hadn't researched or even looked at any Genesis style attys or mods before last week. Still trying to get up to par.

Face- what size do you recommend cutting a piece of mesh to for this thing? I know it can take a bigger piece than my zen, but I don't know how big. I want to get some wicks ready for when it gets here!
Take a piece of mesh 25mm x 40mm, roll and check if it's fits. I'd recommend you to roll the wick that fits perfectly the hole with minimum spaces around it. If it's too big - keep rolling until it fits. Then cut it to length before you're oxidizing it.
