HOLY CLOUDS OF VAPOR BATMAN!!! :vapor:

I've officially had my ah-ha moment with my iHy. Finally got some 18350 batts, LOVE shorty mode! Realized I'd been using the light draw screw all this time  so made the decision to kill a decent coil to change screws and try a different setup... Twisted 32awg, 4/3 wrap at 1.7, no Petar K method just figured how to wrap a decent coil, and O M F G! :D

So Face, sign me up for a 14500 and Papsatty. I'm sold

I had that same twisted coil moment yesterday. It really is great and I didn’t think it could get better with the iHy. One thing I have noticed since I went twisted is that it’s now a juice guzzler. It doesn’t matter at all, performance always comes at a price. :D

The illuminati iHy looks great. Would have been cool though if no one actually ever got to see a render or pic. Kinds of fits in with the theme lol. The drip tip is SWEEET.

You gonna do the ambigram iHybrid caps like the got pluid ones?? Available for purchase seperately? Drip Tips?

Also, I asked before and don't think I got an answer. Does the iHY come with a tight or a loose draw screw installed? So I know when I'm ordering extra parts. Going to ever make anodized tank rings?

Lots of Q's sorry.

Just got my ZAP working right finally,

Still reaching for the iHy. Maybe its because I cut my teeth into Genesis with the iHy but it just feels easier to setup.

Guess the wife gets a backup. She can't complain too much when I order the 14500 for myself right?

I had a heck of a time with my ZAP. Basically stopped using genesis style for a long time. iHy will be my first gene since then.

Going to have to try twisted coil sometime

Can't remember who's setup I copied but it was definitely a Hybreed lol. Took about 2 feet of 32 A1 kenthal, folded it in half, clamped a pair of vice grips to the folded end (didn't feel like digging out the dremel), held the unfolded ends with a needle nose pliers, and twisted the vice grips while keeping tension in the wire. Super simple, quick, and the results are awesome!

Thanks fisty! BTW... I'm sad to inform you that the tip I was going to send you... Was given away by my wife to one of her friends... So... I have no cool tips to give away, unless you want a plain ol plastic drip tip...

No biggy, Babe

It'll be a breeze for you in comparison.

Sounds like fun! I can't wait to give it a go!

Good to hear! I keep seeing that you all agree its a lot less finicky compared to some other genes.
