You know Faceless is working on a full genesis atty to completely replace the top cap of the Paps, Gus, or Caravela, right?
That's going to be HOT.....
Hoping he goes with a threaded top cap on that one and a screw plug for the fill hole..

yes i do. and when that comes out the did is moving to my uranos

Now that would be awesome! I know some hate threaded top caps, but man they sure are nice when on the go. I sometimes knock the cap off the iHy when reaching for it while driving ( I wedge it between the seats in the truck), even with the snug O ring on there.

Uranos is a nice mod too. I had one of those for a while as well.
Eventually the endless threading caused me to sell it because i'm in 18350 mode 98% of the time...
The iHy is really the only device I generally use in 18650 mode because its primarily used at home. I'm too .... to take that particular LE out and about with me.
The 14500 on the other hand...

yes i do. and when that comes out the did is moving to my uranos

Absolutely agree. I do like the "snap on" top caps, but for that, and the 14500, I'm REALLY hoping to see threaded as they'll be on-the-go devices for sure. And if they wick well with a plugged fill hole, they may well be pocket devices as well.

My 18350 tubes are numbered, my 18650 tube is not.
They also changed the position of the vent holes at some point. My high number paps 18350 tube has the vent holes at the top while the lower number has them at the bottom.

I read somewhere that the V1's were at the top, and V2's were on the bottom. Not 100% certain, just what I read on here somewhere.

EDIT: My 350 tube is the only one numbered also.

Ya I just have the 18500 and 18800 but not numbered vent at bottom and name logos etched in are a lot smaller than ones inpics
