Now being a genesis newb I just gotta get a coil going and I'll be golden. Im sure it'll only take hours lol That will have to wait until tomorrow though, must sleep now. Night folks.

So here some pic's of my first initial setup.
500 mesh fat wick 7/6 wrapped with 7/6 28 awg kantal @ 1.6 ohms

If still not completely satisfied with this coil setup. Get some times burned dry hits, then I have to tild my iHyb to 2 o clock. Think the evaporation proces is out of balance. Maybe I go back to 4/3 30 awg.

Gray,GA.
Playing around with Cotton wrapped in SS in the iHy again and totally recommend it (if you have the extra time to prep it).

Cotton Batten method, works well. I have used on the DUD setup, and very little concerns with hotspots or shorts. Great for quick setup with little hassle. I have noticed with this though, the wick needs cleaning frequently requiring more wrapping than without. The Ratank that I am currently using until I get to open my Ihy on x-mas is Super easy to make coils without hotspots, so I never use that technique with it. Curious about Blue 370z setup though to see how that does.

When I first got my iHy Murdock told me how it became his everyday device. Even put his Provari away. Now I know what he meant. My provari has been benched for a while now. Short of a dead battery or an empty tank nothing stops this beast. ( can't say the same for my provari/zap )

Yeah, these things are awesome
