Could you clarify where you made notches? If I'm understanding this right you removed the brass switch screw and notched the bottom of the screw itself? Or did you notch under the head of the screw?
Mine passes air the second I even tap the switch which makes me think that notching just under the head would allow it to vent with the switch closed.
Overall I think the design of this is somewhat like the Zen with venting...in case of something bad the gas would still escape much like in a Zen. Just happend to someone. Basically the gases forced switch to twist around and the air escaped out of the switch. She left her mod standing up without locking it and I believe the spring failed or something. Either way it fired for about 20 minutes and the battery gassed. Just made the mod hot but it vented with no problems.
Yeah the notches are under the head of the screw. Probably not needed but did it anyways.
Ok, so I'm having this issue with actually getting too much flavor. I know that sounds like an asinine complaint, but some of my favorite liquids are leaving this after taste now that I can't kick. It's like inhaling over a big jar of pg. maybe I need a higher vg. Has anyone else had that problem?
Ya got me....never had that experience or at least the way your describing what your experiencing the vape. High PG gives me a much higher TH, outside of that I can't tell much difference outside of vapor production as it's much higher for me with a higher VG juice.
I guess in a way I know what you're talking about, kind of.
I literally can't vape some liquids I like on a Genesis, the flavor is too strong. More VG% will mute the flavor a little and might make your juices more to your taste.
I just re-ordered a couple of juices I normally get in 70%VG and bumped them to 100%VG and all good again.

I would say cut some of your flavors with PG or VG and let steep a little to lower the flavor ratio. And as you know VG is a notorious flavor killer so if you use more VG it would take less to cut your juice to the right flavor. Then again if you have nicotine too you can use a little arithmetic and bring your juice back up to original nic level as well

Oh man!!! I HATE the cowboys lol, I'm a huge Giants fan... My daughter was born in 2008 (giants won super bowl), my son was born in 2012 (giants won super bowl)!! The yankees are my baseball team lol. I'm 36 yrs old, I grew up in the era of LT, carl banks, phil simms!! Everyone else was a 49ers fan lol, no one liked the cowboys in my era but now they all do lol, not me, I'm giants through and through, bleed red, white and blue!!

I tried some of the pluid...wow that is some powerful stuff lol. For me, it needs a few drops of VG to cut it down a little. The flavor is great but wow, strong! Nice juice.
Can't wait for the agent orange as well.

From everything you guys have said I am gonna have to get some to try.
The problem is what when you do, and the addiction starts, you'll be stressing about running out before its available again like the rest of us...
