What gauge wire is it and how many wraps did you do the coil?

Gruss, if you're sure its the tube and its not making good connection try using Noalox.
Over-noalox the trouble threads and just play with the threads for awhile and than clean out the gunk.
Noalox is slightly abrasive so might make the connection better. Sandpaper on anodized parts seems silly since you really can't get into the nooks and crannies.

On the plus side, the iHybrid just doubled my juice supply. On the flip side of that now I have to adjust all my DIY'ing lol.
Well... someone must have heard my plea, because the new coil is already broken in. Still not the smooth taste of a seasoned coil, but broke in spectacularly fast! I still say the iHy is the most forgiving device I have. The wick - same wick - is now sort of twisted and the bottom lead is too long, and yet everything is fine.

Let me also say, the 9/11 tribute is going to absolutely amazing!! I'm working crazy hard to get them out within a week!!! A lot of detail is going in it though, trying to even put stars on the top cap

That sounds awesome, I can’t believe there are still some available. I know if they aren’t gone by payday tomorrow I may have to get another just to put in a display case.

Ugh, first thing when I get home Friday.
Really need a 2nd Genesis. I've been swapping coil/wick setups between mini mode and kick mode.
Edit: Faceless if I'm lucky and there's still 1 on Friday, will they be colored? I'm hoping for red/white/blue combo.

I decided I would tinker a little on my coil tonight. I had a 4/5 coil so I pulled up the wick a little and unwound a coil for ¾ and put in the short screw. Well it almost blew my socks off with a big green pluid hit. LOL this is a bit much for me but I’m loving the nic head rush. This setup may be the only way I can save juice because I find myself just chain vaping away on the 4/5 coil.
Spreaking of the Spartans. Anyone know if the scubaminis have shipped? I don't have acces to those threads since I became a supplier.
