Hahaha, I know of 2 (now 3) other Montana folks on here, another in Bozeman and one up towards Great Falls. Few and far between vapers around here. Good to see ya!

yeah well this is a much larger community than the other forums I'm a member of. The laser enthusiasts forums are much much smaller and finding fellow laser enthusiasts is even more rare. The nice thing is, we've got very few planes in the sky and shining lasers from one town to the next is much much easier! LOL I've got one laser that will easily shine a dot over 50 miles!

Bleah....well then, I MISSED OUT :(

Oh well. There will always be more to buy :)

Ezkill, this is personal opinion only, but 9/11 might have happened on US land, but being as the towers where the world trade center, there was people from all over the world there that day, so I don't feel it was just a US thing, it touched everyone.

I agree. It was just a personal feeling. I didn't feel I deserved it because it was something really special. I mean a lot of places do 9/11 stuff for profit and this was NOT that. I mean it was the cheapest iHbyrid to date and it came with a 30 dollar trip, are you kidding? It was a steal. I was all over it the second it was announced and then re-considered. Figured it would be more special to a born and raised American. Don't get me wrong it would have been special for me but probably a little more special for some of you folks.

yeah, I sold them way to cheap lol, but like I said it was a moral thing, I did it on a spur of the moment idea and felt it should not be for profit, I really enjoyed the whole experience

I love lasers! I think I have about six, i don't even remember actually. My favorite is my 445nm 1.2 watt custom made mod. I haven't even researched them in about two years so I can't imagine what's out there now.

LOL, you're probably familiar with my now famous Kryton hosts then. I've been making lasers for over 5 years and it's amazing the way technology has grown.. I started with a 5mw red, moved up to a 15mw green, then a whopping 150mw red.. I was hooked then. I now have so many lasers I can't even count them including a 40Watt IR. The blue 1.2 Watt you've got has been improved to over 2Watts now.

Yeah! As long as the host is aluminum, I can anodize it any color.

The colors I presently have are
Green
red
purple
gold
black
blue
Pink is on order so looks like your wife may finally get that pink Ihy!

I hate that we can't edit our own posts in our own threads. Just silly.

Thanks Faceless, I am glad that you approve. I did mess up the one Ihy that I got my hands on but that was only because when I was polishing it, it slipped out of my hands and dented it. I'm gonna purchase a replacement and totally redo it for him. Just like you, customer satisfaction is #1! I think he'll be happy when he finally gets it.

Hope you don't mind, but here is the messed up one.

The anodizing wasn't messed up, just the ding.

WOW, nice work. I may have to hit you up in the future.
