Faceless, from my dealings in firearms, I think that's backwards. Some of the early Colt's AR's used 6061 for the lower receivers, and they had to switch back due to corrosion issues in hot damp climates.

yeah but was that bare aluminum or was that anodized aluminum? Anodized is a lot more corrosion resistant.

I'll order the pink for sure. You're not the only one that has expressed an interest in it over the years so I'll buy some.

They were indeed anodized (this is for the uppers, but still)
