Good night K man!

Gotcha, yeah, I need to get a Zen SS tank just in case!

I've never tried anything kicked, but I don't like hot or warm vape, so is there still a benefit anyway? I'm so happy with it on 3.7v, I'm not sure how much better it could be. I have a Puresmoker Icon 14500 that will fog you out with a good LR atty.
The biggest benefit for me is regulation, same vape, first to last,Being able to turn up the power a bit if you want to is a added bonus

I used to be a huge kick fan but the battery life loss put me off.

Found that with the genesis stuff and a dialed in coil it's just not needed. It was more useful for the wick based atomizers.

They're in stock now! Just get one, its better than having a Gen out of commission.

If the glass top cap comes out. I'm going to rock the SS Tank + glass top cap. If I can see the wick, I don't need to see if there's still juice in the tank.

You can do a lot of fun things with the kick! More wraps at a set wattage. Or you can set it hotter or cooler depending on how you feel.

Also has some protection.

Good night K-Man. EvilFerret you just keep coming up with idea after idea for these glass top caps. I can’t wait for these, I sure hope the post office in Texas doesn’t hold up Sagewood’s test iHy for long I need one now LOL. On that I think I will go to bed also and try to get more than 2 hours sleep for a change. Good night

But regulation! Regulation is so sweeeeeeeeet!

I kinda agree with Ezkill but I think a kick is semi cheating for a Genesis atty. You can use it to mask (*cough* solve) a few issues if you're lazy.

I still hate the voltage drop with unregulated. Constantly have to charge my batteries.

Can't wait till they start working on it.

Heck, the glass top cap is your baby too! You were all gung-ho sending them an iHy.

Night! Get some more sleep!

Good night DukeBlue.

Yeah, I have noticed that my vapor production suffers if I leave a battery in too long.

Voltage drop.

Basically unregulated will run at 4.2 fresh from the charger down to who knows (sorry my mind is drawing a blank right now). I have to recharge it once it hits under 3.6ish.

I agree Pluid tastes chaneges at different volts but my other flavors I mixed in weaken! Pluid overpowers everything!

If I were going the regulated route again I would buy a custom made jbox and put a genesis atty/ tank on top of it and be done. Almost went this route but for me the iHy is more appealing at this point in time.:)

One of my main draws to the iHy was that it took the kick so I could regulate it if I wanted to.

But its wonderful there's so many choices. Too bad on my wallet.

I haven't noticed any major difference in battery life but I keep the kick set at arond 8.5 watts(think"fresh battery vape")maybe thats why I don't see a huge drop in battery life I seen so many complaints about.
I agree that the desired vape can be dialed in with the coils wrapped, but the battery still trails off as the volts drop. And the kick also reduces my chances of over discharging my battery by cutting out when it can't supply enough power under load.
I am not a HUGE kick fan,It does have some faults, the picky azz ground spring mainly,I'm not real worried about the 10 watt limit as I don't vape that hot.
