Sounds great!! I'm going to have to order some 32ga to try them twisted coils. I been using 30g to wrap my coils. But havent twisted it cause all I have is a ChiD and the wick is so tiny I have to do 7/8 wrap with the 30g just to get the ohm's high enough to use on the provari without error after error.
Not sure how twisted 32g will help Max (well for the ChiD).
Twisted 32g is about the same thickness as 30g and about the same res as 28g (depending on how tightly you braid, I had it range).
I stick with 30g and use 28g when I want to live dangerously. I say stick with the 30g, once you get your iHy it'll be great for it but try both!
And agreed the ChiD is a pain in the .... I can get it to work but it takes me the longest to set the ChiD up.

Wow is the Provari that picky with Gen mods?
I've made some coils that was like 0.8 res and it vaped great.
Edit: If you don't mind cardboard wrapped 32g, I can send some. Can't promise it won't come out kinked though. Wish I had extra spools. I ended up with too much 32g and I only use it for the ChiD now.

The thing I had the most trouble with was my Vivi Genesis style RBT. Have to mod it to use ss wick. I just couldn't get it to wrok for the life of me. I though it was my skill level with mesh/coil... After I got the ChiD it was smooth sailing not a whole lot of trouble but yeah the Provari can be pretty finicky. Specially if you have any type of short what so ever. You won't even get it to fire to try and figure out where it's at. With practice though I've been setting up the chid with no issues. I have to make my coils higher ohm so that I can run higher watts without hitting the amp cap. Post that last sentence in the HoH thread lololol.
I keep mine cause I need something for my carto tanks. After I get the IHy i think it's gonna be game over lol.
Been playing with the idea of a spheroid paps combo or something similar. Not sure though. Need something that would go good with a spheroid.
I used to keep an ego set up with some tobacco juice for potential converts to try. Now it's my provari with a tobacco filled vivi nova.
My main problem with stuff like this is I can't try something before I buy it. I'd hate to spend the cash on something and wind up not liking it. PLUS that won't fly over well with the wife. You just spent blah blah blah on blah blah and now you want to get rid of it???......
Hey that works! Yeah my mom still has my twists. I'm almost to the point of asking for them back though. She says she don't like vaping cause it makes her cough more...
But she hasn't gone a single day without smoking at least a pack of smokes which is just about as much as she was smoking before. I also gave her a big ol bag full of a plethora of flavors. She likes some the flavors but just won't vape long enough to get over the initial harshness.
I thought vaping was super harsh when I first started. But just like smoking, you get used to it. Its still a lil harsh in the morning for me but I wouldnt give up vaping for a cig any day. Specially now that I have pluid.

I'm not a fan of the spheroid. If you need a mod for out and about, WNC raves about the Penny and Longhaul loves his ERA/REO setup.
Both are leak proof (or so I'm told).
And yeah, my wife been on my .... about unused mods.
Try getting your mom 100% vg to eliminate the possibility its allergies to PG.
If that doesn't work no idea. Could just be in her head.
I been using my vmod xl for out and about. I love the atty that vapage sells and after I put a 1.5 ohm on it i dont mind at all that its not vv. Its not necessary. I do switch bats often though even with the 18650's cause i like the way it hits better with a fresh bat. A mechanical mod with a rebuildable coil I think would be ideal cause I can just make the coil essentially be my vv lol. Plus i noticed lately specially with pluid im liking higher and higher wattage. Pluid is amazing on a 1.8 ohm coil at 4.5 volts. 11.25 watts at 2.5amps. Hence why so many wraps on my lil chid.
It's in her head man. This woman will not smoke anything other than marlboro light 100's because everything else makes her cough more... I smoked for 14 years. Everything under the sun. Only thing that made me cough more was like non filters or full flavored cigs. I could switch brands and yeah they'd taste diff I never had a prob with coughing etc... I dunno. I did give her one juice that's 100% vg. In a flavor that she liked even. I'm thinking I need to get her some juices with a lot less nic. BUT then she says that she doesnt like the less nic cause she don't get enough...
It's a mental thing I'm almost 100% positive. The thing that kills me is she quit for over 2 years and picked it back up AFTER her 3rd divorce... I would have been smoking when all the stress was going down that caused the divorce... But no... after....

I coughed my ... off when I first made the switch too. I think a lot of it is that water vapor is much more dense than smoke, yet you still try and get a big plume coming out like you would with a cigarette, plus your lungs are still all mucked up too.
Yep, the penny will not leak, period. I carry it in the fifth pocket of my jeans all day long laying on it's side, and it's never leaked once. Thanks to EZ, I've also been running the same coil / wick for a while now, going on two weeks I think. The silica would have gunked up by now. REO folks seem to love them, I've never tried one so I can't say. The chID was my first genesis setup, and IMO is easier to setup than my true mini DID as at least they included enough nuts on the center post to take up all the room. I paid $100 for the real deal, and it didn't, go figure.

Yeah I don't really desire a DiD anymore lol. I'm kind of stuck on devices that are hybrid or look hybrid. I thought about the pene too but the spheroid is cheaper and a lil easier to get your hands on. I dunno. Need to find someone willing to just let me borrow one for like a week so I can see if i like it before I spend the cash.
Still trying to figure out the logistics of a type of "Club of the Rotating APV" or something. Admission would be a apv with a type of atty/tank/rba and then like every month everyone ships their current apv combo that belongs to the club to someone else in the club. Hard to work out and a lot could go wrong in the mean time. But something like that would be cool.
