That isnt really an ecig I would be careful, I called paypal and talked to someone high up to get permission to sell mine through my site, they approved it due to not having wick and wire, dont know why but maybe because I know someone there took me awhile but I got it done

yeah, the mods are pretty nice to me considering I broke the rules a few times, I didnt do it on purpose, some areas are grey to me and I'm still learning some of the rules

I was told it was due to FDA advice and having to regulate it as you have to be 18 to legally buy it, but dont you have to be 18 to use paypal? I'm not sure, I got word it may be accepted within the next year

yes Murdock is a supplier so has all the rules and regs to follow, I knew he was going to be posting it there, so I posted it here because I knew some here wanted one

That's a good point. No way to verify age but a device shouldn't be a problem, Juice should. Juice contains the nicotine. Same way Stores can sell Water pipes even though what most people want them for is illegal. Can a minor buy rolling papers? I don't know.
