Doing good back on the road....

I was waiting until I could get it to my wife and see if she liked it. She got it yesterday and with the chalice on it she loves it so it will be heading your way soon...
Nice :)

Those Chalice's look pretty neat, I have an ERA that I need to drill the hole out of today, but haven't tried the Chalice yet :)

Era is easier to build, but the main difference is the chalice has a hole in the bottom lending its self to a vertical wick and the era has a post that it feeds through hen the juice puddles on the floor of the era. Both are good just different setups work better in each.

Also the chalice tends not to flood like the era does at times
Thats the very reason I want to try one of those cheapo A7's, for how the juice is fed to the wick. Do you happen to know what size to drill the ERA air hole out to? I brought it with me to work today so I could widen it, I've heard that widening the air hole solves the low vapor production issues.

I'm using the ERA on a VW boxmod and so far its been working great, easy to setup, no hotspots or shorts first try, but the vapor production is pretty low sometimes

I would suggest 1mm to start if you want it airy.....at least that's what I think mine is.

The A7 is a post feed like the era and has a crazy deep well so in my opinion I would stick to the era

Thanks :) Thats what I'll start with and see how it works.

On a iHybrid note, realized this weekends coil wasn't producing vapor fast enough, so I removed one wrap from the coil, and now we're back to freight train :vapor:

It's going to go pretty close to you too, isn't it?

Blaine, Shaitaan, and I are going to all be about 50 miles from the eye of the storm on Wednesday, probably going to get hammered. And not in a good way.
Once you're safe and tucked away maybe getting hammered in the good way would help :)

Check your coil connections, test the ohms if you can, and if you still aren't getting enough vapor, try unwrapping one turn of your coil before making a completely new one. Good luck, it will come with practice!
