About 19,000 homes are without power in Rochester from the storm last night, Sandy hasn't hit yet.. current projection is the center will be about 40 miles west of Rochester Wednesday morning. The north suburbs were evacuated by the great lake.

Got a good coil goin the other day.....too good, wicking wasn't enough.
Make new fatty wick.....kill previous good coil
Kill lots of 32 kenthal getting new wick going.......check

And finally, perfection!

I wish my coils burned blue =P

Morning guys, finally got to sit down and play with the Green Envy v2. Rolled a decent size wick (60mm wide) and wrapped a 5/4 coil with 30awg kanthal, and the GE just vapes wonderfully. Setting up the wick and coil was a breeze, and I love the way the posts are setup (No awkward two-sized allen wrench/slippery thumb-tightened nuts to worry about). No complaints about the way it performs at all.

I do have a complaint about the presentation, how the device looks. This is how I received the GEv2 on Friday. *Lots of pictures below*

None of the engravings/design elements line up! When I first saw it, to be honest, I was taken aback. When I see "Limited Edition", I see "Flagship pieces/Showcase pieces", and I believe that expecting the design elements/defining features to line up as the render is not too much to ask for. Especially since I saw a few people posting pictures of their Green Envy, where everything does line up.

This morning, I finally sat down, and finally take it out of its tube again. I thought, I already paid for it, might as well try it out, and like I wrote, I have zero complaints about the way it performs. Now, I don't complain for the sake of complaining, it's a waste of energy for me. I'd sooner put it up on the classy and be done with it, if I didn't care. Seems to me that this could all be fixed by including a couple thick o-rings and a couple thinner o-rings in the tube, to account for the machining variance. If the o-rings were included, I would've felt better and chalk it up to machine limitation, instead of feeling like I got something out of the "Ooops"/second-grade bin.

I don't know, maybe I am being overly critical, and if so, I offer my apology in advance. I did try to keep it constructive. At any rate, I do hope that the future LEs don't have the same problem.

This is just how I have it setup at the moment. After vaping on it more, my gripes with the alignment becomes less and less important. I'm just glad I got that thread ring sleeve. The surprise Trippy tip was a very nice touch. I just don't have it on for fear of breaking it.

Sorry for the long ramble, thanks for reading.

THAT ^ was my worst nightmare when I was waiting for mine!! Turned out to be not so bad using some the tricks that the Hybreeds have mentioned.

Is that a live battery or you just happy to see me?

LOL sorry had to. Hope everybody has a good day!

You couldn't tell the diff? The battery is WAY bigger.

Lmfao. What's a trucker gonna do with a purple ihy.........better be for your girl or I'm gonna think diff of ya haul....heeeeeheeee

Only a real man can carry a pink/purple iHy!

I'm going for sure.....if you see a big freak looking dude with tats and a grumpy attitude.....it's not me

That'd be me...

Oh, they got the trippys. Damn you v2 ppl, lol.

Trade you my trippy for a official pluid drip tip...

Oh sorry,
I wish u all safe guys
stay SAFE

Yes hope all is well!! I know I may be a little late but long story short what a hell of a weekend... I didn't have to worry about sandy but i was dealing with a batch....

AAAAnd caught up!!!

So just an update...

As time goes by and I'm steadily vaping this thing all day everyday since I got it, I continue to like it more and more. I don't have a single complaint other than my Provari has been sitting on the sidelines with a sad face and I'm pretty sure it's contemplating murder/suicide.

I made up a new coil cause the 30g 2/3 wrap wasn't doin it for me. This is what I came up with...

THAT ^ my friends is a 32g twisted coil 2/3 wrap that metered out to 1.4 ohms. Same wick as before, #500 solid rolled wick using my special method of folding/rolling and oxidizing. While I'm not prepared to share my methods just yet. I will tell you that the flavor with this setup is better than any shifu atty or anything else that I've vaped with for that matter. I've vaped pluid in everything I have and this beats em all hands down.

I've had no problems with the new style switch, fires every time, hits hard every time, no wobble to speak of. I'm still compelled to try magnets in the switch as opposed to a spring mostly cause I want to compare the difference for myself as opposed to being told others opinions of the differences.

Batteries don't knock around inside in either 18350 or 18650 mode (AW IMRs). I seriously couldn't be happier and I will most likely be buying another one just to have one for dif flavors cause the one pictured above will be used exclusively with Pluid in it.

Edit: Wicks so well if yo tilt it it will flood!! I actually do the oposite of tilting it to the wick side. Unless it's a fresh battery I actually tilt the juice AWAY from the wick lol. Been going through about 3-5 tanks a day!!

Cherries. The darker the better.
I don't recall how many, but they need to be eaten daily.
I'm certain there is plenty of info on the web about it.

My Dad hasn't had any flare ups in ages.
Seriously.... do a little reading and get yourself some cherries.

These days I take my allopurinol daily to prevent attacks... the pain can be incapacitating.

I wanna know whose bright idea it was to have the roofers working on the building next door today? We got a bit of a lull between the storm from the midwest and Sandy hitting, but really? It's drizzling and we could get gusts up to 60 mph with no warning. Don't people care about people anymore... fricking stupid azz people, I swear.. The shingles can bloody well wait.

In short Fisty, no, people do not care about people on the whole anymore. We are no more than wage slaves lining others pockets these days, and that's about it. Greed rules the day, and the almighty dollar trumps any semblance of compassion from higher ups for the common worker.
