It's a bit on the tougher side. I had to squish it sideways with a vice grip and then yank it. I'm not sure you can get it out without destroying it a little bit. I did put some effort into removing one without messing it up....didn't work out.
in my personal experience the easiest way to mix multiple flavors is to make each flavor separately with the nic, then you can take small samples from each one and mix together.. that way you wont affect your nic levels by adding some more flavoring of each kind and what not

I figured I'd try to get the flavor down first then add the nic in. My nic base is 50/50 and 48mg/ml. I only want about 6mg nic juice.

I been playing with the idea of getting a Zen~ but I dunno. The more I vape my iHy the less I feel like branching out. I do wan't one that isn't Pluid specific though. I just wouldn't feel right putting anything else in my V2.
Okay, I got the old delrin out and put the new delrin in with the spring between it and the switch. Then I installed the new screw. Am I right so far. When I put the whole thing together, it started firing without depressing the switch. I keep tightening the new screw, but I am afraid now that I'll over tighten that!

Got her up and running in about 5 minutes .... Nice.
4/5 wrap of 30 gauge A1 ... haven't metered it yet but its providing a sweet vape. Cant wait for the coil and wick to break in.
Filled her up with Boba's
Running in 18350 mode (as you can see) .... just because I can .... its awesome having a Genesis vape in such a small package. Thanks Faceless for the great work.
Only dissapointment so far was my Cherry Vape Pawns wont fit .... wont even start in the hole. Might have to sand one down. I'm not big on metal tips and I'm pretty used to the pawns the last year or so.

Okay. The switch upgrade is working. I used the old screw, and it didn't "self fire" when I tightened it down. Whew! EZ, what was your experience?

Incredibly short throw. Doesn't fire under its own weight. Nothing rattles in the tube 18350, 18490 w/Kick, 18650. The switch upgrade rocks!
