Big hitter, I have done the petar k method with twisted wire, but i prefer using a lower gauge wire instead of twisting... IMO the twisted wire takes longer to heat up... when i use twisted 32g its takes longer to heat up than my single 30g, but this is just my opinion..using a 3/2 wrap on the twisted and the same on the 30g both reading around 1.2-1.3 ohms

Virginia is for vapers
I'm pi$$3d - A big @$$ rock hit the windshield of my brand new 2013 Sorento day before yesterday on the freeway. The damage is to great for repair, so it needs to be replaced. Going to cost me $417 to pay out of pocket. My insurance deductible would be $500, so screw them! The biggest pain is: OMG, I just got this thing!

Oh well, at least my juice tank is broken :p

Depends how often you break your windshield but clearplex is awesome. Where I used to live there was actually a rock season. All my good cars are covered in 3M and have clearplex on the windshield. Lots of rock hits, no damage. It's not cheap but neither are wind shields. Probably saved myself 20k in windshields because of it.

Just a reminder gang, I was just on the Reference Link Site and there was like 6 or 7 people in there. If you have questions or want me to show you some shortcuts....you CAN chat with me (or each other) by click on that gray bar in the upper right corner that shows "# of viewers". I don't usually turn the chat feature on, but I can start leaving it on.

Also, you have to sign in through Google to have your name show up, otherwise, you appear as "Anonymous" (which is ok, too).

Anyway, it makes me feel good to see so many people in there all the time. Thanks :)
Thanks for your hard work on the links Lady :) Its awesome thats its being so widely used!

haha , yep!! Just saw it and edited my reply. Thanks
Sure thing :D

Doin good Duke. That's a wicked ol spider man lol.

We went out to the zoo, botanical gardens, etc this weekend. They had a showcase at the gardens called "Creepy, Crawly, and Carniverous". Pretty cool had all sorts of snakes, bugs, spiders etc. My daughter was standing there telling one of the ladies there that she smashes all the spiders and bugs that she can lol. The lady got pretty hurt and told her that she prob wasnt the best person to tell about how many bugs you smashed. She said "Creepy crawlies need love too."

My daughter says "Just like fat chicks huh dad". L M A O
   I seriously laughed so freakin hard when I read this

ok, 40 pages of catch up done.. I love the few posts that say "check a few pages back for..." and in reality its like 25.. hahaha.. moving at the speed of light as always.

Im loving the "hellraiser", looks great. Looking forward to the 14500 le.. Titanium is my thing, I have a few mods made from it. Something about the weight (less ness), tolerance to abuse, and sheer difficulty to machine lures me. For the more adventurous, you can heat treat titanium and depending on the temperature, it will yield blues, purples etc. This can be done by kilning or flame treating. The flame treatment is REALLY cool.. almost like an oil slick on water.. truly beautiful.
How many posts do your pages show? I went into Settings and made it show 40 per page, means less pages and easier navigation IMO

I am the oldest of 5... my father always told me I was supposed to set the example for my brothers n sisters...LOL I did everything I could to put 'em through hell and back growing up and I always paid for it dearly lol, my father was very strict... even though both my brother and I got well-deserved punishments, I can still see imprints of his gunbelt on my backside :p.... until recently, my father always called me the 'black sheep' of the family....my siblings and one of my uncles brought it up during a family reunion a couple years back, and he adamantly denied ever saying it lol...
I'm the oldest of 5 as well... Once my father was up to 3 he basically decided the older ones would raise the younger ones. And to this day he'll tell you the same thing  Me and my brother were "disciplined" frequently, but my youngest brother and two sisters get to do whatever they want. Granted now he hasn't lived with us for a few years and everyone is older now, but yeah lol

USPS finally found my iHybrid, I should be joining the ranks of the Hybreeds around 5 today :) Any special tips I should know of for a new iHybrid owner?
Grab an extra pair of socks cause one pair's about to get blown off!!!
