I will agree with dropping your nic level when switching to a geny. I was in a serious nic coma until I got a new shipment of juice lol. Do it

I have to admit, I am struggling to fully get off analogs....Currently smoking about 5 a day and this is at work. I'm using 18mg nic. Should I order one bottle with higher to get fully off. And also, how do you break the habit of analogs when it is in your mind that it is your break timer. I work in a call center, so when I go on break I had down stairs. When the cig is out I head back up.

My nephew used to say all sorts of funny things like that when he was 3 and 4... I remember him asking this guy at the grocery store "Mr, why's your head naked under your hair?" (dude had a toupee)

When I first got off analogs it was with 24mg nic levels, then went to 18mg, I wouldn't recommend 24mg in a genesis atty tho. As for breaks, I just stopped taking mine and played at my desk. Nowadays my first ten minute break is always in my "second office" (be mature lol), And my second 10 in the afternoon is spent with you guys
Also, since switching to genesis attys my juices are all 10-12mg, except in the rare occasion I use a carto tank in which i use 18mg again
My fiance still goes outside for his breaks, he just takes his PV and vapes it for 10 minutes.

My two year old walked in one night while I was getting ready for work. My wife was present as she was talking to me about Xmas for the girls. Well my shower in the master bedroom has glass doors so when my little when entered she pointed and asked "Whats that mommy".....Of course im climbing up the damn wall....My wife told her I had a tail....Now the bad thing is at the grocery store she told the lady cleric that daddy has a tail. I think the entire store heard this ops

You only smoke a work? I get how you use a cig to time your breaks lol. Time to get a watch. When I'm vaping I don't even want to go back to work lol. For me it used to take me 7-10 mins to smoke a cig. Vape as much as you can while watching your watch then head on in.
Is it that you don't feel comfortable with vaping in public? My mom won't stop smoking cigs while in public cause she thinks stinkies are more socially acceptable. lol She is just self-conscious about vaping in public because she says people look at her funnny.
I would say do what you gotta do and give it a shot (vaping on break). Take your twist and a carto to be discreet, but my iHy in '350 mode is pretty discreet in my hand. Do you normal break thing but vape instead. If it doesn't work out, you can always go back to the stinkies. But just give it a shot every so often.
The main thing is you are down to 5 a day. That's a victory already right there. Do't beat yourself up over those 5 be happy of the ones you didn't smoke. The rest will come.

Na I am not shy what so ever nor am I embarrassed. I actually work Grave yards so nobody there. hahahaha I actually do wear a watch...mostly for looks lmao. I think its just the habit and carelessness of not having to look at the watch. Ill start looking and paying more attention. Thanks for the encouragement

That's awesome. Ya kids have a way of making showers hilarious. My daughter can't talk yet, but my nephew did something similar last year but inversed. He was showering with his mother and he stuck his hand in her crack 
He says "Mommy, why don't you have a monster??" (He calls his genitals a monster) then says "You have two butts!" So ya... thats when they stopped bathing with him lol. The rest of that week he told EVERY person he saw that his mommy's monster was missing...
